Engineering graduate of the Technical University of Berlin, specializing in marine engineering. Following graduation, Mr. Arendt was employed in the patent department of a well-known electrical engineering company.
Until 2003 he has been working as a patent attorney at our Hannover office. He is an authorized representative before the European Patent Office.

Control technology graduate of the Technical University of Ilmenau, specializing in electrical and medical engineering.
Since 1994 he has been working in the field of industrial property and qualified as a German patent attorney in 1997. He has since 1998 been an authorized representative before the European Patent Office.
In 2006 he graduated from his advanced degree "Protection of Patents and Trademarks in Europe" with the title Master of Laws (LL.M.).

Dipl.-Phys. Gunnar Siekmann LL.M., Patent Attorney, Oldenburg
Studied physics at the Universities of Bielefeld and Münster and is the author/co-author of two scientific publications (G. Siekmann, H. Winter Physical Letters A 187 (1994) 225 and H. Winter, G. Siekmann et al. Nuclear Instruments and Methods B 135 (1998) 372-376).
Gunnar Siekmann studied "European Industrial Property Law" in an advanced University program and was awarded with the academic degree of a Master of Laws (LL.M.).
Having spent a number of years with a Munich firm of patent attorneys, he qualified as a German patent attorney and as European Patent Attorney in 1998.
